does hello robin ship cookies?
No, we do not ship. Our cookies are baked fresh daily without any preservatives to maintain their deliciousness. Unfortunately, they don't travel well, so we don't recommend mailing them.

Can you donate to my event/program/fundraiser/auction/etc?
We love to help, and while we do consider other requests, our primary focus is on supporting local schools. We receive a high volume of requests, so if you don't receive a response from us, it likely means we've already reached our quota for that month. To ensure the best chance of assistance, please submit your requests at least eight weeks before your event or procurement date. Thank you for understanding!

Our cookies contain no nuts, and we operate a nut-free kitchen. Though, we try our best to source nut-free, some of our ingredients may be processed on shared equipment during manufacturing.
do you have gluten-free options?
Yes, along with our Flourless Chocolate and Oatmeal Chocolate Chunk, we offer other treats like Molly Moon's ice cream which have gluten-free options!
are any of hello robin cookies egg-free?
Our vegan Chocolate Chip and Oatmeal Chocolate Chunk contain no eggs!

Can you individually wrap or box your cookies?
We can individually bag your cookies for $5 per dozen. We also offer cute gift boxes that fit nine cookies and are adorned with a bow!

What are cookie cakes?
Our fresh baked cookie cakes come in Classic Chocolate Chip, Birthday Cake, Oatmeal Chunk (GF, V) and Mackles'more. We have a 9" or 12" option. We also have a take and bake option which is 6.5".
How much are the cookie cakes?
9" Classic Chocolate Chip, Birthday Cake, or Oatmeal Chunk (GF, V) / $35 ($40 for Mackles'more)
12" Classic Chocolate Chip, Birthday Cake, or Oatmeal Chunk (GF, V) / $45 ($50 for Mackles'more)
Take and bake cookie cakes are $22.50.
can you customize my cookie cake?
We offer complimentary simple writing on all the fresh cakes, except for our Mackles'more cakes. And sprinkles, if you'd like!

How many cookies should I order?
We recommend 1.5 cookies per guest. We don't think you can ever have too many cookies though...
